Ordering & Production
We pride ourselves on supporting small businesses and startups. While MOQs vary depending on the complexity of the design, we offer flexible low-minimum options for our M1 Collection.
Absolutely. We believe in “seeing and touching” the quality first. We provide sampling services for a fee, which allows you to review the fabric, fit, and craftsmanship before committing to a full run.
Lead times generally depend on the order volume and design complexity. Once the sample is approved and the deposit is received, we will provide a specific production timeline, usually ranging from 2 to 4 weeks.
Payment & Shipping
To begin production, we require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining 50% balance is due once production is complete and the order is ready for shipment.
Yes, we ship from Turkey to clients worldwide. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your custom apparel reaches you safely and on time.

Our MOQ is 100 pieces per design for custom production. For blank hoodie customization (adding prints/embroidery to our stock hoodies), the MOQ is 50 pieces.
Yes! Your 100-piece order can include any size distribution you need (S, M, L, XL, XXL). Most brands order: 10% S, 30% M, 35% L, 20% XL, 5% XXL.
For premium streetwear hoodies, we recommend 400–450gsm brushed fleece. For athleisure, 320–350gsm French terry works well. For winter hoodies, go heavyweight at 480–500gsm.
Sampling: 7–10 days
Production (100–300 units): 3–4 weeks
Shipping to Europe: 3–5 days

French terry has a smooth exterior and looped interior. It’s lighter and more breathable – great for spring/fall.

Absolutely. Oversized and boxy fits are one of our specialties. We can create any fit you need – from slim athletic cuts to extra oversized streetwear styles.
Screen printing: €2–4 per placement (best for large graphics)
Embroidery: €3–6 per placement (best for logos and text)
For small logos, embroidery looks more premium. For large back prints, screen printing is more cost-effective.
That’s why we do samples first! During sampling, you can test fit and request adjustments. We won’t start production until you approve the fit. Once production begins based on approved samples, sizing is locked.

Sweatshirts have no hood – just a crew neck, mock neck, or zip collar. Hoodies have an attached hood. Both use similar fleece fabrics.
